Delete your account

In the app (fastest)

Open BachatBites → Profile → Delete account → confirm. Your account is deleted right away. If an order is still in progress, finish it first.

By email

If you can't open the app:

1. Email bachatbites@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account".
2. Send it with the phone number you use to sign in to BachatBites.
3. We may call or message that number to confirm it is you.

We delete your account within 30 days of confirming. Hotel owner and admin accounts are deleted through support (email above), since they manage hotels and orders.

What is deleted

• Your name, phone number, email and profile photo
• Saved addresses
• Notification tokens
• Chat messages and photos (these are also deleted automatically 15 days after each delivery)
• Delivery partners: location history (also deleted automatically after 15 days)

What is kept

Records of past orders and payments (amounts, dates, items, payment references) are kept as long as accounting, tax and legal rules require, but are no longer linked to your name or phone number.
